JIRS PH/ORP-6800 is an industrial single-channel online dual-purpose ORP & pH controller designed for continuous water redox potential and pH monitoring with automatic regulation. Equipped with high-performance CPU for precise and stable signal reading, the unit allows free switching between ORP and pH sensors. Dual normally open relays deliver high/low threshold alarm and automatic acid/alkali dosing control. It integrates isolated 4-20mA current transmission, with optional RS485 Modbus digital communication to connect PLC and upper monitoring systems.

This controller supports 0–100℃ automatic and manual temperature compensation, with an English LCD screen featuring adjustable brightness and auto-off backlight power-saving mode. Password management prevents unauthorized parameter modification, while built-in AC fuse and ESD overvoltage protection ensure strong electromagnetic compatibility. Multiple power options including AC220V, AC110V, AC24V and DC24V are available. Adopting standard 96×96mm panel mounting size, the probe supports wall-mounted, pipeline bypass, top flange, flow cell insertion and submersible installation. Widely applied in municipal wastewater treatment, chemical processing, printing & papermaking, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electroplating, environmental protection, swimming pool disinfection and aquaculture. Fully pre-calibrated before shipment, complete with calibration buffer solutions and installation clamps for easy maintenance. The sensor probe should be replaced every 12 months to guarantee measuring accuracy.
