The JIRS LZM(G) Series Rotameter is a cost-effective variable area flow meter that measures fluid flow based on the throttling principle. A stainless steel float rises inside a vertical tapered acrylic tube as flow increases, providing a direct, instantaneous visual reading without any external power supply.
Rotameter measures fluid flow based on the throttling principle. It changes the flow area of the fluid to keep the differential pressure above and below the rotor constant, so it is also called a variable flow area constant differential pressure flow meter, also known as a float flow meter.
