Resistivity Meter for Pure Water Treatment with LCD
The EC/TDS-6800 is a single-channel industrial online conductivity, TDS and resistivity controller designed for continuous real-time water quality measurement and automatic process control. Manufactured by JIRS, this panel-mount water analyzer supports full-range water condition detection, covering ultrapure water, pure water, industrial circulating water, sewage and concentrated liquid by matching probes with different cell constants (K=0.01~10.0).
Equipped with a 128*64 dot matrix LCD with adjustable backlight, the meter displays EC, TDS, resistivity and temperature simultaneously, with built-in PT1000 automatic temperature compensation from 0~120℃ to eliminate temperature interference. It integrates dual high/low limit relay alarm (3A/250V AC NO contact), isolated 4-20mA current transmission (max loop resistance 750Ω), optional Modbus RS485 communication and PID output control for automatic dosing system linkage.
Built with high-performance CPU and ESD overvoltage protection, the controller features password lock to avoid misoperation, stable ±1%FS daily drift and ±1%FS full-scale accuracy. Multiple power supply options (220V AC standard, 110V AC / 24V AC/DC optional) fit global industrial power standards. Widely applied in pharmaceutical, chemical, food beverage, metallurgy, environmental protection, lab water equipment and municipal water supply treatment. Multiple probe installation modes (side wall, pipeline, flow-through, submerged) support on-site flexible deployment.
