RO‑8100 is an integrated PLC control system with color touch screen for single‑stage reverse osmosis. It adopts 7‑inch color touch screen (10‑inch optional), displays running status with dynamic flow chart, supports Chinese, English and Persian multi‑language.
It real‑time monitors raw water & product water conductivity and water temperature, automatically calculates salt rejection rate. It realizes automatic control functions: start‑up flush, periodic flush, tank full stop‑flush, over‑limit water quality drain, high/low pressure protection, liquid‑level protection, overload protection and fault alarm history record.
Power supply: PLC host AC220V, touch screen DC24V. Relay adopts dry‑contact output. External intermediate relay is required for high‑power loads. RS232 and RS485 communication are available to connect conductivity transmitter module.
It fits various single‑stage RO water treatment units. PLC host for DIN rail mounting, touch screen for panel cut‑out installation. Troubleshooting items include power supply, communication, sensor wiring, level & pressure switches.

This model adopts a dual solution of low-temperature adaptation and constant-temperature sample storage. The refrigeration compartment uses compressor refrigeration with temperature control accuracy of (4±2)°C, complying with national standards for water sample cold storage.
Independent heating modules are installed in both the refrigeration chamber and peristaltic pump area, enabling the equipment to operate stably from -30°C to 40°C, avoiding pipeline icing and pump shutdown during winter field sampling at discharge outlets.
It supports programmable automatic pipeline pre-rinsing and pipeline automatic draining before & after sampling to reduce microbial growth from residual impurities. Equipped with 24 pcs 1000mL PE bottles and power-off protection, refrigeration temperature settings and sampling records will not be lost after power failure. Up to 5,000 sampling records can be stored to keep samples fresh at low temperature and guarantee reliable lab test results.
