Working principle
Rotameter is in a vertical spinal canal that expands from bottom to top, the conical float is in the spinal canal, and moves freely up and down with the fluid. The float itself will rotate driven by the flow rate, generating agitation to maintain balance. The gravity of the float is borne by the fluid power. Under the action of flow rate and buoyancy, it reaches a balance with the gravity of the float, and is transmitted to the dial to indicate the flow through magnetic coupling.
Features
It has the characteristics of simple structure, intuitive, small pressure loss, and easy maintenance. The rotameter is suitable for measuring small flows through pipes with a diameter of D<150mm, and can also measure the flow of corrosive media.

Installation method
Rotameter has a simple structure and is generally installed vertically on a panel or a vertical pipe section. It is suitable for measuring the flow of low-velocity and low-flow media, but cannot measure media with more impurities. The fluid medium passes through the rotor flow meter from bottom to top.
