The circulating pump extracts the water sample from the sampling point to the sampler, and then the water is discharged from the drainage outlet through the circulation pipeline. The sampling pump extracts a part of the water sample from the circulating pipeline branch and injects it into the sampling bucket.
The water flow test can detect whether there is a water sample passing through to determine whether the sampling is successful.
Main Functions
Multiple sampling methods: Schedule Based sampling, Time Proportional sampling, Flow Proportional sampling, Level Proportional sampling.
Sampling and recording function: It can automatically store sampling record information, including sampling time, triggering method, sampling volume, sampling method, sampling times, and sampling success or failure. All records can be viewed page by page and quickly page by page.
Alarm recording function: It can automatically store alarm record information of the sampler, including alarm time and alarm information.
Traffic recording function: When connected to the flowmeter, it can automatically record instantaneous flow and cumulative flow at the set time interval.
Water sample refrigeration function: The sampler is equipped with a compressor refrigerator, and the refrigerator has a circulating fan inside, which can refrigerate and store water samples according to the set temperature.
Automatic rinsing function of pipelines: Before each sampling, use the water sample to be collected to automatically wash the pipeline to prevent water sample contamination, and the washing duration can be set.
heating function: A heating module is installed inside the refrigerator and at the sampling pump to ensure the normal operation of the sampler at low temperature.
Temperature Control function: The sampler integrates temperature Control, which displays the temperature of the refrigerator in real time, and supports temperature adjustment and over-temperature alarm.
Ambient temperature sensing function: The sampler has an environment temperature sensor, which can automatically select cooling and heating according to the ambient temperature to ensure that the down sampling works properly at different temperatures.
Pipeline automatic emptying function: The water in the pipe is automatically drained before and after sampling to prevent deposition and blockage. The emptying time can be set, and the sampling head is equipped with a filter screen or filter bag to reduce blockage.
Measurement calibration function: The sampling duration, and corresponding sampling volume of the sampling pipeline can be set.
Password function: It has a system login password and can be set to prevent program modification, and can set whether the password is enabled.
Component test function: When the sampler is stopped, Control the peristaltic pump and other components manually to judge their working status.
External pump functions: The sampler supports the external pump Control, and the start time of the external pump can be set to meet the requirements of the site where the suction lift of the peristaltic pump is insufficient.
Power-off protection function: After the sampler is powered off and powered on again, the parameter settings, system clock, and data records are not lost.
Clock calibration function: The system time of the sampler can be set, including month, day, year,hour, minute, and second.
Analog input interface: It has 2 channels (4-20) mA analog input for connecting flow meters and liquid level meters.
System upgrade function: Supports system upgrade with TF card.
Pump pipe life reminder function: It can automatically accumulate the usage time of the pump tube, and when the set duration is reached, it will prompt to replace the pump tube.
