Each sensor integrates a pH-sensitive glass membrane with a silver/silver-chloride reference electrode in a gel-filled system, providing stable measurement across the full 0–14 pH range with slope ≥95 % and drift ≤0.02 pH per 24 hours.
The gel electrolyte salt bridge eliminates the need for periodic electrolyte refilling and effectively prevents electrode poisoning. An anti-fouling circular PTFE diaphragm (ceramic sand core on the GP-400G) resists clogging for extended service life, while the low-impedance sensitive glass membrane ensures a 5-second response and good thermal stability.
