The JIRS paddle wheel flow sensor & transmitter is an integrated impeller-type flow measurement solution, consisting of the 510 insertion paddle-wheel sensor and 8100 smart flow transmitter. Wetted parts are available in PP, PVDF, SUS316L to handle clean water, weak acid/alkali, and mildly corrosive liquids.
Fluid flow drives the paddle wheel; magnetic sensing captures rotation, and the transmitter outputs pulse / 4-20mA / RS485 signals for direct connection to PLC, controllers, and SCADA systems.

Description

The contact medium portion of the JIRS paddle wheel flow sensor transmitter can be made of PP, PVDF, or SUS316L, suitable for clean water, weak acids and alkalis, and slightly corrosive environments. The fluid drives the paddle wheel's rotation, making it suitable for liquid flow monitoring and quantitative control in industrial pipelines such as water treatment, chemical, HVAC, water supply and drainage, and irrigation.
