The sensor adopts magnetic induction paddle wheel structure; fluid drives the impeller to rotate proportionally to flow velocity, and converts rotation signal into stable pulse, 4-20mA or RS485 Modbus output. It can be directly connected to PLC, flow controller, data acquisition and industrial automation system.
With compact structure, IP65 waterproof protection, Hirschmann connector optional, easy installation and low maintenance. Widely used in water treatment, chemical, electroplating, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and industrial circulating water systems. It is the ideal cost-effective flow measurement choice for clean low-viscosity corrosive liquids.

    Description

    The JIRS Paddle Wheel Flow Sensor Transmitter is compact, easy to install and maintain, and offers long-term stability. The contact medium portion of the JIRS paddle wheel flow sensor transmitter can be made of PP, PVDF, or SUS316L, suitable for clean water, weak acids and alkalis, and slightly corrosive environments. The fluid drives the paddle wheel's rotation, making it suitable for liquid flow monitoring and quantitative control in industrial pipelines such as water treatment, chemical, HVAC, water supply and drainage, and irrigation.
